The Compensation & Benefits Director is responsible for implementing and adapting the global Total Rewards strategy for employees in the United States and Canada, focusing on operationalizing strategic initiatives, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives and philosophies.
Requirements
- Execute global compensation and benefits strategy within North America, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local market needs.
- Administer compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs for U.S. and Canadian employees.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the current U.S. benefits offering to identify gaps and opportunities for modernization, while optimizing costs.
- Implement changes to align benefits with market best practices, employee expectations, and global strategy.
- Manage and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
