Outbound Sales Representative- Friday-Monday shift

Outbound Sales Representative with Achieve, a leading digital personal finance company, helping everyday people move from struggling to thriving with innovative financial solutions.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of successful call center sales experience
• Ability to work a consistent 4x10 schedule that includes full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
• Commitment to a fixed schedule to meet the needs of our customers during non-traditional business hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience making outbound calls to warm leads
• Strong understanding of a consultative sales process and a successful track record of exceeding sales goals
• The ability to think and move quickly while taking an empathetic approach to helping our members
