The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably in the HR tech space, and a consistent track record of exceeding their quota and revenue goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably within the HR tech space
- Bachelor's degree
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
- Hunter with a keen passion for net-new sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Experience in demonstrating software to customers/prospects in sales cycles previously
- Proficiency using Salesforce, Outreach, and the Microsoft Suite
