Administrative Officer

We are a Real Living Wage accredited employer and one of the largest children’s charities in the UK. The Administrative Officer will provide vital administrative assistance to the management team and will be part of the Business Support team. The role will include presenting data for internal and external reporting, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard, and offering a warm and welcoming approach to colleagues, parents, and professionals.

Requirements

• Business Administration S/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent relevant qualification or work experience
• Confident with figures and applying literacy skills, to communicate effectively with a range of individuals/teams
• Confident and effective with both written and verbal communication, including to prepare and present reports
