Childrens Services Team Leader

The Childrens Services Team Leader will lead and work with a team to support children and young people with disabilities and additional needs, leading and planning activities to meet their individual needs and interests.

Requirements

• Relevant Level 3 Early Years childcare qualification or willingness to study for one funded by the organization
• Experience in working with children
• Knowledge of disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership qualities
