This full-time, remote position is for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end digital experiences. The role focuses on optimizing customer journeys, building brand storytelling, and driving conversion, loyalty, and long-term value. The ideal candidate will be strategic, hands-on, and data-driven.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or DTC brand management
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar), and performance channels
- Proven track record in designing and optimizing full-funnel customer journeys
- Deep understanding of retention marketing, CRM, and lifecycle optimization
- Highly analytical with experience in user behavior analysis and A/B testing
- Skilled in cross-functional project leadership and strategy communication
- Creative thinker with relentless focus on optimization and experimentation
- Experience in the wellness, supplement, or CPG space is preferred
