Email & SMS Coordinator 1.1

The Email & SMS Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of international email and SMS marketing campaigns. This role involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting the Director of Remote with retention marketing initiatives. The position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Manage campaigns or flows in a D2C environment.
• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce with understanding of KPIs.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced skills in email and SMS tools (Klaviyo and Postscript preferred).
• Proficiency in Notion, Slack, and GSuite.
• Advanced use of marketing tools such as Sendlane, Klaviyo, Postscript, Amped, and Shopify.
