The Email & SMS Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of international email and SMS marketing campaigns. This role involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, specifically supporting US & INTL flows. The coordinator will also assist with sales period initiatives and contribute to channel efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing campaigns or flows in a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.
- 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce with understanding of relevant KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Advanced skills in email and SMS tools (Klaviyo and Postscript preferred).
- Strong understanding of email/SMS KPIs, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Notion, Slack, GSuite, and Loom.
- Familiarity with Sendlane, Klaviyo, Postscript, Amped, and Shopify.
