Job Description
The Email & SMS Coordinator is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of international email and SMS marketing campaigns. This role involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. The role also supports US and international flow updates and campaign testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing campaigns or flows in a D2C environment.
- E-commerce Background - 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
- Advanced skills in email and SMS tools.
- Strong understanding of email/SMS KPIs, segmentation, and performance analysis.
