We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. This role involves daily campaign execution, performance monitoring, creative testing, and budgeting. The position reports to a Senior Paid Social + Creative Strategy Manager.
Requirements
- Execute daily campaign management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic display platforms
- Perform daily performance analysis and implement optimization recommendations
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign strategies and results
- Collaborate with creative teams to implement and test new creative assets
- Manage budget pacing and allocation across campaigns and ad sets
- Identify trends and anomalies in campaign performance and recommend solutions
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for leadership review
- Track campaign performance against established KPIs and targets
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data analysis
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like YouTube Brand Connect
