We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic display. The role involves daily campaign execution, performance monitoring, and creative optimization. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to a Senior Manager.
Requirements
- Execute daily campaign management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, programmatic display platforms
- Perform daily performance analysis and implement optimization recommendations
- Monitor key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Track campaign performance against established KPIs and targets
- Collaborate with creative teams to implement and test new creative assets
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign strategies and results
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for leadership review
