This Data-Driven Planning Analyst role is vital for maintaining full inventory visibility and optimizing product flow across retail stores, warehouses, and vendors. The analyst will develop and manage tools to track real-time sales and inventory data, converting raw data into actionable insights to support supply chain, planning, and sales strategies. They will also focus on demand forecasting and inventory replenishment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or retail/wholesale operations
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, multi-tab models)
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations
• Experience handling purchase orders (POs), transfer orders (TOs), and inventory management systems
• Strong communication and storytelling skills in cross-functional settings
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with planning or BI tools (e.g., Looker)
