Planning Analyst - 36814822231

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data-driven Planning Analyst to join our Wholesale Demand Planning team. The role focuses on maintaining full inventory visibility, optimizing product flow, and supporting retail partners through real-time data analysis. The Analyst will develop and manage tools for sales and inventory data, improve forecasting, and ensure efficient product availability. They will ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or retail/wholesale operations
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, multi-tab models)
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations
• Experience handling purchase orders (POs), transfer orders (TOs), and inventory management systems
• Strong communication and storytelling skills in cross-functional settings
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with planning or BI tools (e.g., Looker)
