Job Description
Acumen Fiscal Agent is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Agent to provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and guiding clients through financial products and services.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the office 3 days a week
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
- Familiarity with financial services or a relevant industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of excel and computer systems
