Addepto is a leading AI consulting and data engineering company looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships across enterprise and scale-up accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or Client Partner in consulting, technology, or software services
- Strong background in B2B client-facing roles, preferably within IT, data, AI, analytics, or digital transformation
- Experience working with enterprise or large-scale clients, including C-level or senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into clear business value
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing revenue, pipelines, and account growth
- High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings (depending on location)
- Background in management consulting or technology consulting firms
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams
