We are seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with large customers from the ICX-Reseller book of business. The ideal candidate will have MM/Enterprise Segment exposure and proven ability to manage a large customer set, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in selling SAAS solutions. The role involves building strong relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
