Job Description
This in-house Legal Counsel will provide legal advice to the organization, prepare and negotiate contracts, manage legal risks, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly concerning Advanced Pain Care. The role involves collaboration with management to devise defense strategies and training employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited university.
- Current state license.
- 7+ years of healthcare law experience, including physician contracting experience.
- 3+ years of corporate, regulatory or transactional experience in a law firm setting, including representation of healthcare organizations.
