As a Service Delivery Manager at Advania, you will be responsible for ensuring that the IT delivery is more than just operation and follow-up, working closely with the customer's business and our delivery teams in a role that combines operational presence with a clear overall responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Service Delivery Manager, delivery responsible, IT manager or similar
- Confidence in leading customer-facing IT deliveries in complex environments
- Analytical and communicative skills with ability to translate insights into concrete improvements
- Basic understanding of ITSM and established practices, ITIL is desirable
