Job Description
Aegis Ventures is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and execute their go-to-market strategy for their AI platform targeting health systems, medical groups, and payors. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, building pipelines, and generating new opportunities, with a focus on customer value and translating technical solutions into customer benefits. The Director will work directly with the CEO and product team, prioritizing patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in healthcare technology, digital health, or regulated industries.
- Proven success in closing complex enterprise deals (6-figure+ contracts) with health systems and payors.
- Experience in early-stage or startup environments building pipelines and processes.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven products and ability to translate them into value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric focus.
