Job Description
Aiven is a global team of over 400 people working on open-source technology and multi-cloud solutions, including Apache Kafka®, Aiven for PostgreSQL®, and Aiven for OpenSearch®. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Billing and Internal Tools, focusing on operational excellence and product differentiation. This role requires operational experience, leadership skills, and a strong product sense.
