Job Description

They are seeking an Engineering Manager to join their Data Streaming domain, focused on Apache Kafka and Inkless. The role involves improving Kafka, innovating with KIP-1150, maintaining the team's workflow, and attracting top talent.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a leadership position
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer
- Deep understanding of data streaming (Kafka and/or Flink)
- Understanding of building high-performing teams
