Job Description
Alder Constructions is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join their Brisbane build team. The role involves leading and coordinating trades onsite, conducting site inspections, and building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Site Foreman in Class 2–9 construction (BCA)
- Strong trade background with relevant competencies
- Open Builders Supervision Licence (QBCC)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with diverse teams
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of time and financial management in construction delivery
- Tech-savvy with experience using construction software/apps (e.g. Procore)
