Job Description
Alder Constructions is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join their hardworking and dedicated Build team. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of commercial construction projects and have a strong trade background.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar role in class 2 – 9 construction as defined under the building codes of Australia (BCA)
- Relevant trade background and competencies
- Open Builders Supervision license issued by QBCC
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
- Willingness to lead and motivate team members
- Good computer/ mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps (e.g. Procore)
