Site Manager

A rare opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our dedicated Brisbane build team, conducting site inspections, co-ordinating trades, and ensuring quality and safety outcomes.

Requirements

• Conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes
• Be responsible for co-ordinating trades onsite
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to our high standards
• Co-ordinate the relationships between various trades and ensure that sub-contractors carry work out safely and efficiently
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner to maintain Alder’s strong reputation
• Participate in regular WHS inspections and injury/incident investigations and maintain a healthy and safe work environment
• Ensure environmental controls are suitable and implemented, monitored and reviewed
• Review, understand and have input to all subcontractor and supplier scope of works
• Organise completion of defect works in a timely manner
• Participate in lesson learnt sessions to continuously improve the performance of the overall company team
