Job Description
Aledade is seeking a Director, Actuarial Services to evaluate and manage and forecast risk within commercial and Medicaid contracts. This role involves developing actuarial models, supporting contract negotiations, and translating strategic goals into quantitative risk perspectives. The company is a public benefit corporation focused on empowering independent primary care providers and has a strong track record of value-based care success.
Requirements
- 12+ years in healthcare with health plans, provider groups or consulting firms
- 8+ years of healthcare actuarial analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Math, or another quantitative field
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
