Job Description
AlertMedia is looking for a VP, Account Management, to play a pivotal role in shaping our Account Management strategy and elevating our team to increase revenue across our fast-growing Enterprise, Mid-market, and SMB customer base.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management and sales with a history of success
- Prior enterprise and mid-market sales and account management experience within a SaaS organization
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong coaching mentality and ability to help elevate others in their career development
- Ability to map account whitespace, connecting the dots in customer organizations and influencing stakeholders from various roles, levels, and profiles to identify and close a deal
