Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in performance marketing for B2C software
• 3+ years of proven experience in gaming performance marketing for B2C software
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok
• Advanced analytical skills with marketing analytics tools
• Experience building and optimizing CPA/CPI campaigns
• English C1+
• Experience with Telegram, Reddit, Discord, or Twitch
• Deep understanding of gamer psychology and community trends
• Experience collaborating with indie game developers and small studios
• Experience with affiliate or arbitrage traffic
