Job Description
AlfaDocs is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales representative to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, while demonstrating a consultative and value-driven approach. Collaboration with an expanding SDR team is a key part of this position.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or healthcare)
- Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and confidently guide prospects.
- Consultative and value-driven approach, with ability to build trusted relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Fluency in Italian (native level) and advanced proficiency in English.
