AlfaDocs is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and collaborating cross-functionally. The role focuses on managing the entire sales cycle and delivering customer solutions, offering growth opportunities and valuable insights into the healthcare industry.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or healthcare)
- Strong ability to drive and manage commercial negotiations, handle objections, and confidently guide prospects toward a successful buying decision.
- Consultative and value-driven approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver tangible outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in delivering product demos, uncovering customer needs, and translating those needs into tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills regarding pricing, contractual terms, and conditions.
- Fluency in Italian (native level) and advanced proficiency in English.
- Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.
- Salary range: 35-37k fix salary + 12k base commission (no cap)
