Learning & Development Specialist

We are a fast-growing data agency in Rotterdam, Netherlands, looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to shape our learning culture and create a foundation that supports our next chapter. Requirements

• 5+ years of Learning & Development experience in fast-growing scale-ups
• Experience designing learning systems and programs in a tech, product-led, or consultancy-driven environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior stakeholders to align development with organizational goals
• Ability to translate business goals into clear skill paths, growth frameworks, and capability-building initiatives
• Able to coach leaders on growth, feedback, and development of culture
