2+ years of experience with talent visa cases, Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification, and excellent writing skills

3+ years of experience practicing employment-based immigration law, J.D. or L.L.M. from an accredited institution, and a passion for client experience

5+ years of backend experience, experience with LLMs/ML, and proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL

Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency and proven project & account management skills. Experience within advertising or related field a plus. Strong facilitation/communication and problem-solving ability

2+ years of LLM experience, deep expertise across the LLM lifecycle, and proven track record delivering production-grade AI solutions

2-5 years of experience in the Bay Area startup ecosystem, with a deep understanding of immigrant founder challenges and the ability to represent Alma externally with an executive presence
