Job Description
Alma is a hypergrowth legal-tech startup modernizing immigration for global teams. As a Business Development Representative - MM/ENT, you'll be the engine behind our Enterprise pipeline, identifying, engaging, and activating fast-growing companies with foreign national workforces.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or tech, preferably in outbound and Enterprise motion
- Track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets
- Exceptional phone presence and strong proficiency with modern sales tooling
- Bachelor's degree and outstanding English communication skills
- High ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
