Job Description
ALO is seeking a Seasonal Associate to drive store sales, support customer engagement, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This part-time position involves tasks like processing transactions, handling returns, supporting replenishment, and maintaining store operations. The role requires consistent movement and physical stamina.
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to lift, bend, and climb (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to stand and work for an entire shift
