Job Description
ALO is seeking a Seasonal Associate to drive sales and operational goals within a retail environment. This part-time role involves customer service, processing transactions, handling returns, and maintaining store cleanliness and efficiency. The Associate will also assist with shipment and replenishment, and support with onboarding initiatives like onboarding new customers and guests.
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and move up to 50 pounds
- Constant movement in and around all areas of store
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
