Production Section Manager

Leading technology solutions provider seeking an experienced professional to join its team. Production Planning & Schedule Control Lead and coordinate daily production activities in alignment with the master plan and priority sequence to ensure output targets and on-time delivery commitments are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics or PCB manufacturing, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or production management role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, including cost control, quality management, and productivity improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in workforce planning, training, and shopfloor supervision.
• Solid understanding of occupational safety standards and 5S practices, with hands-on implementation experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret production data (output, yield, efficiency, cost metrics, etc.).
• Working proficiency in English or Chinese for daily business communication.
