Requirements
- Graduate from a technical vocational school or an equivalent qualification
- Completed a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training in mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a mechanical workshop or manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or team-leading role
- Proven ability to operate and program CNC machines, with solid technical knowledge of CNC systems
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
