Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth, expand market share, and develop strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector. The role focuses on driving the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close, and requires collaboration with multiple teams. It also involves leading the Inside Sales team and managing account development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–7 years of proven success in healthcare sales, with national account experience
- Strong leadership skills and track record building high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales technologies
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
