We're looking for a full-time onsite Train System Domain Leader to ensure the seamless integration of Train System methodologies, tools, and processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, innovative rail solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Master of Engineering from a University or Engineering School
- Member of OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec)
- Team management experience of 3+ years
- Experience or understanding of train engineering and train development projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage workload and capacity planning for a team
- Structured and organized with a hands-on approach
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent in French and English
