Job Description
Amaze Health is seeking a compassionate Patient Advocate to join their Denver team. This role focuses on simplifying the healthcare experience through virtual care, guiding patients through insurance, denials, and referrals. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, tech-savvy, and collaborative, working with teams to provide patient-first solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years working in a hospital or health insurance setting
- Experience in insurance processes (financial counseling, patient financial services, follow-up)
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and technical skills, and ability to manage sensitive information.
