Job Description
Ambatovy is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to be autonomous within technical areas, supervising and leading cross-functional teams, and providing oversight of engineering staff. This role involves engineering tasks, leadership, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Working knowledge of international standards (ASTM, NACE, ISO, DNV, etc.)
- Accredited or eligible for accreditation as a Chartered/Professional Engineer (I.Chem.E., IOMMM, P.Eng, PE, etc.)
- 3-7 years of experience (preferably in industrial settings)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance or operations troubleshooting
- Experience with solvent extraction and pressure oxidation processes
- Experience within nickel, cobalt, zinc, or copper process plants
- Highest desired: experience in maintenance/operations, hydrometallurgical processes, or project management
