Production Process Engineer

American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) is seeking a Production Process Engineer to support and enhance the operations of their lithium-ion battery recycling processes. The role involves troubleshooting, process improvement, system support, and implementing data analysis tools. The engineer will collaborate with engineering, internal, and external experts to continuously improve system performance and operability.

Requirements

• Understand process capability of the battery recycling system.
• Utilize process improvement techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, SPC etc.).
• Define system and equipment alarms using Statistical Process Control techniques.
• Troubleshoot down equipment and implement solutions to address root cause.
• Support specification of a factory MES system.
• Develop clear data collection, analysis and visualization tools.
• Keep document records for the equipment system up to date.
