Job Description
American Health Plans, a division of Franklin, Tennessee-based American Health Partners Inc. owns and operates Institutional Special Needs Plans (I-SNPs) for seniors who reside in long-term care facilities.
Requirements
- Experience working in a healthcare delivery setting with elderly patients
- CMS regulations regarding Medicare Advantage Plans
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Compliant with CMS regulations
- Good listening and communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to facilities within the assigned region
