American Hospice and Home Health Services is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to patients in Fairfield, Alameda, Contra Costa, Solano, San Joaquin, Stanislaus County. Requirements
- Perform comprehensive speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognition assessments.
- Develop individualized, measurable therapy plans.
- Coordinate with nursing, physicians, caregivers, and other therapy staff.
- Complete evaluations, treatment notes, and documentation per agency policy.
- Maintain continuing education and fulfill licensure requirements.
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license
