Requirements
- Motivate and energize team
- Participate in sourcing and interviewing of Community Relations Directors
- Generate sales ideas and determine best way to drive traffic
- Manage relationships with corporate referral agencies
- Train new CRD's on sales & marketing playbook
- Provide one on one sales coaching
- Perform weekly regional Focus Calls
- Collect and manage quarterly marketing plans
- Research and identify senior living industry trends
- Conduct training sessions on American House Sales Systems issues
- Coordinate with operations team on managing budgeted sales and marketing expenses
