Job Description
Join Epsilon, Inc. and AMERICAN SYSTEMS as a Data Center Specialist I to provide data center administration and hardware support for unsecured on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves installing and replacing network appliances, responding to customer tickets, and contributing to process development and documentation.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in network engineering or a relevant field (or work experience can be used/combined with education)
- 6 months - 3 years of relevant Network Administration/Data Center experience
- Experience with TCP IP protocol suite, IP subnets and masking, and routing protocols
- Ability to explain protocols, technical procedures, and processes clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences
