Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management or related role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with emphasis on customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work schedule
• Ability to take responsibility for quality and quantity of work performed
• Knowledge of MS Office Software
• Oracle experience preferred
