Customer Support Specialist responsible for supporting customers and sales managers in customer order and delivery activities, handling complaints and special requirements, and providing after-sales support.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business/Marketing
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and interact with people
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and positive work attitude
- Possess own transport
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Proficiency in MS NAVISION (added advantage)
