Requirements

• Perform in-process and final inspections of electro-mechanical assemblies, systems, sub-assemblies and machined components.
• Use measurement tools to verify tolerances and specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Utilize standard hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Operate hand soldering iron and power tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
