Requirements

• Proven technical sales expertise with at least 5 years of experience selling high-value investment goods
• Industry knowledge in optics, defense, medical, or automotive sectors combined with a strong technical foundation (engineering degree preferred)
• Metrology and precision engineering know-how, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and deliver consultative solutions
• Exceptional communication skills to engage confidently with customers, engineering teams, and senior management
