Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment-setting, or B2B lead generation (preferably for U.S.-based clients)
- Proven success in high-volume cold-calling or tele-prospecting roles
- Excellent spoken English and professional phone demeanor suitable for U.S. audiences
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms, dialer tools, and data tracking (Zoho and Vonage experience a plus)
